What are memes?
Memes are considered the idea of the replication, selection and ideas that are working themselves in the proving ground. For example, instead of explaining how you feel in words, it may be easier to express yourself and others using something visual which are memes.
I think memes are considered art because they allow people to connect with others and themselves with different feelings and emotions. With the evolution of technology allows us to express ourselves easily with a few clicks.
In my opinion I think Memes could be used for storytelling because just like how people communicate through drawing pictures and painting, the same case can be made with Memes. I might be going overboard but I think Memes could be the future of communication because it adds meaning alongside the use of emojis.
After seeing this video, this showed me all the different options of how people are able to express themselves through the use of different memes. Anything that has to do with creating something, imagination, and the use of expression could be considered art in my opinion.
