Reflecting on My CT101 Journey
I feel a range of feelings as I sit down to write this final blog post: joy about the skills I’ve learned, nostalgia for the memories made in CT101, and eagerness for the future, where I’ll use these newly acquired talents. This post is an evaluation of the grade I think I’ve gotten, a commentary on what I’ve learnt, and a summary of my experiences in the course.
What I’ve Learned in CT101:
Throughout the semester, CT101 has been a transformative experience, expanding my horizons and equipping me with valuable digital skills. From mastering the basics of web development to exploring the creative potential of memes and GIFs, each lesson has been a stepping stone towards digital literacy and storytelling prowess.
I now know how to create a website from the ground up, alter layouts, incorporate multimedia, and maximize user experience. I can now use HTML, CSS, and WordPress as tools to realize my digital goals instead of seeing them as intimidating notions.
My brain in this class:
Furthermore, my viewpoint on communication in the digital age has expanded as a result of the emphasis on digital storytelling. I’ve become more proficient in graphic design, video editing, and producing multimedia content since I’ve realized the power of visual narratives. Through the integration of text, graphics, and interactive components, I have developed my ability to effectively engage people and communicate ideas effectively.
Assessment of My Grade:
As I reflect on my performance in CT101, I believe I’ve earned a solid A-. I’ve consistently demonstrated engagement with course material, completing assignments and actively making my work better. My blog posts have showcased creativity, critical thinking, and a willingness to explore new digital territories.
Furthermore, I’ve leveraged feedback from peers and instructors to refine my work and push the boundaries of my creativity. While there’s always room for improvement, I’m proud of the progress I’ve made and the skills I’ve acquired throughout the semester.
What I Enjoyed About Our Class:
The wide range of abilities I’ve picked up throughout CT101 has been one of its highlights. I’ve learnt how to use digital tools efficiently and produce interesting multimedia stuff even when we’re physically apart. Along with improving my technical ability, these abilities have given me more self-assurance when it comes to digital communication and content creation. Learning has become a fulfilling and engaging experience because of the practical information acquired.
Application of New Skills:
As I transition beyond CT101, I’m excited to apply my newfound skills in various personal and professional endeavors. Whether launching my own website to showcase my creative portfolio or integrating digital storytelling techniques into my future projects, I’m eager to continue exploring the intersection of technology and creativity.
Maintaining My Website:
Yes, I am committed to maintaining and updating my website regularly. It serves as a digital portfolio of my creative endeavors, a platform to share my passions and insights with the world. Through consistent updates, engaging content, and responsive design, I’ll ensure that my website remains a vibrant and dynamic showcase of my evolving skills and interests.
Final Thoughts:
CT101 has been more than just a class – it’s been a journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. As I bid farewell to this chapter, I carry with me a newfound confidence in my digital abilities and a deep appreciation for the supportive community that made it all possible.
