Hello everyone, here am I with another wonderful blog post for this week, about the ourselves feedback on our different websites in WordPress.
The first person that I looked into was Niko Balkaran’s website, which is a pretty good looking website in my opinion, it looks clean and solid and easy to understand and locate different tools and and some of features of the website.
My second website was Overthinkersanonymous.net where everything and anything makes sense… Made by Satiya Ishak, and my opinion about it that is super aesthetic looking website with a lot of interesting images that have and old vibe to them, however I could the section to leave a comment and or any feedback.
The third website that I visited was GIFS and Memes by Stella, I visited the website which contains a lot of memes and gifs, and their history/background which is pretty cool, since almost none knows their history and how they came to be, plus we get to see iconic memes from the past and news memes that have come out this year so far.
I was mistaken about my website being up and running! I’m having difficulties verifying my domain but I was able to contact customer care.
The website will be up and functional soon. I have some content that I cannot wait to share with you all on animalsandki.com (soon to be hyperlink)
Every time I request resend verification, the email does not appear.

HELLO GUYS!!!
The WordPress Customizing Series, Part 1
First thing first I started with editing the site title which took me time to come up with!!! The logo that I used was from the internet.
Then I edited the “What to expect on here” section on my ABOUT PAGE.
I felt it would be easy to keep the default content from my theme and just edit from there…
Next will display my information where I am located, I used the York College address as my default to make it more secure for my website and not reveal my real location.
The next thing I did was edit the About page!!!
ABOVE IMAGE shows that the content I want to display such as using Sports and Video Games, my website will have blogs and posts that will revolve around the current trend of each of these things that will have my own personal experiences with them.

For me, this is just the start of the WordPress process, In the next assignment, I will add more Information and create my own categories and add pages.
Fictional Story:
As I was entering my house, the lock was broken as if someone tried to break in. I turned the lights on in the living room. I walked past my living room, as I looked down the dark hallway I saw that my door was open and the lights were on. There was no one else in the house, I contacted my mom and sister to ask if they were home and they all told me they were out. So that means someone broke into my house and was in my room..
At first I didn’t know what to post on my site because I made my site open ended. So I settled on making a review of a movie that I watched because reviews are so important. I never buy anything on amazon without reading a review because I need to know if it’s going to be good.
Even though I have no experience writing reviews I am going to make one because any opinion matters as long as it is accurate on what is being shown in the movie.

Good evening everyone, I just posted a new blog post on my website. The post includes some new memes I found that I thought would be cool to share with others.

I believe that I am doing pretty decent in this class, learning how to make gifs is a fun experience.
It’s hard to tell how many points I’ve earned, there are some assignments that doesn’t seem to have much effort put in by me.
What I’ve learned most is creating my own personal gifs because that is something new to me.
The new skill I’ve developed is creating my own personal website and adding blogs into it.
My performance is mainly throughout getting help by peers.
I now know how to create my own website, which I did not know earlier.
My weekly blogs seem to be stuck in a loop but will be fixed later on.

Snoopy loves websites, and apparently… tweets.. & toks .. This week in CT101 we will share and explore each others websites, learn about creating and adding social media content into our blog posts, website pages and more! (This might be your own social media content / work or content / work taken from your favorite feeds / brands / people) to help expand your narratives. Here we are 3.5 weeks into being the proud owners of a personal new Website! We are customizing our pages, building menu navigation, tweaking colors and fonts, and blogging away into oblivion! It is exciting, and discovering new ways to create and share content are a big part of this process.

My blog focuses on outer space, and with a new discovery from the unknown I wanted to focus my blog post on that. There’s also a short video that goes into detail about the discovery, some people seem to find space scary but I wanted to make it fun.

I worked on the design of my website before I started WordPress, I already had an idea in mind however I did not get to see it come to life. To find the design was really hard since it fell like I had to come up with a new idea, but it was still fun cause that meant I would have to tap into my creative side. Navigating around themes and wordpress even though I watched the zoom videos and youtube it was still difficult to navigate things. I was able to remove the default content but it was really complicated, even when I would remove images and publish it, it seemed the old images would remain. I added something to already preexisting pages. I will use my new website to make things about myself,then again I might change my mind.
The steps that were written on our course calendar and the recorded video of the class was very helpful in creating a website- it made the process smoother. It was almost like following a recipe.
I completed this process on my laptop and the email verification process was on my phone. I feel like registering a domain name was the easiest part of the process since all the information was given and we just had to input it.
I was a little confused on how to verify the domain but after a few attempts I think I got it figured out. I just kept looking for “verified” and eventually I got it. With some time and patience it was achieved.
Overall, I’m excited to see where this goes and how much longer I can carry out the website. It wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be, it was just making sure that the website is ready to go.

As I’m on this journey of figuring out how to customize and build my website some more, I thought I’d give readers a bit more detail on my plans for the site; what I’ll talk about or share and the sort of content they can expect from me.
Honestly, it’s been hard trying to find ways to be more creative with my site. I want to make it more attention-grabbing, but it’s definitely a work in progress. Please enjoy what I have this far. Way more is to come!!!

I plan to create a website for my future career. I plan on becoming a veterinarian and I am currently in the dog grooming business (soon to be cats too), with these sets of skills I can become a one stop shop for some animal caregivers. Sometimes in the grooming industry there are accidents that happen and with a veterinarian close by, all can be taken care of. Sometimes with some rescue animals they need medical grooming and that can occur in my business. There are so many different options and services that I can provide when the time comes, a website would make it easier to spread the news about the business, promote the business and give information on the business. Although I major in journalism, I can use my acquired skills to expand on my business and broadcast it so that my audience is unlimited and it can expand.
The internet makes the world smaller and the ASPCA is one of the most recognized facilities for animal related care and rescue, I like it because it is where I was able to adopt my cat who is my bestest friend.
On television National geographic is another animal related watch and there are so many different stories about different animals, it is always dramatic but fun to watch and gain some knowledge.
I own a cat and a dog so I like to use a website to get their food, any medications, toys or any other things they might need.
The only thing that has me worried about websites is that when building them, a lot of complications can arise so every intricate detail matters and can effect how the website might function. I will have to do a lot of research and make sure that the website will be as perfect as it can be.
